Once set up, the Abbey National Business Internet Banking system works well with only minor irritations.

Minimal charges. Good interest rates for savings accounts. Site easy to use. Transfers simple. Unlike our previous experience with NatWest, there is no daily limit to amounts that can be paid to beneficiaries.

If you go overdrawn accidentally, even for one day, you will be hit with high charges. Only a current balance figure shows on screen, not a running balance - and debits and credits are shown in the same column, which is not user friendly.
