My boyfriend (for some reason) always buys his clothes from here, so I thought I would give it a shot, even though the item I was buying was cheaper most other places. So I ordered it, got a confirmation email and the company makes it really hard to get in contact with them. They have a contact link on their page but it says they won't reply and isn't for order questions. I waited a little over a week and it said my order was processed but there was just an empty box under tracking number. So I emailed them asking why there was no tracking number and this was the response:
Your order is packaged and will go out next week, delivery usually take 2-3
weeks. You should have it in the next couple of weeks. Thanks.
Not so impressive. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks? Why? I'm only in Arizona. I am really disappointed and hope I can cancel this order.
I would recommend www.interpunk.com, they are always cheaper and the items always come two or three days after placing the order. Very fast. You actually feel like they value you as a customer.
