Good Points

Overall quality of the units is very good.


Bad Points

Work surface had blown within two weeks, the join between L shaped work surface by the sink has water ingress. Silicon seal was clear instead of colour matched, so have bare plaster showing under the silicon seal where it meets the work surface and emulsion cannot cover it.


General Comments

General service standard from Di Lusso was nothing short of abysmal.
Lack of customer care, rudeness from the staff, unreturned calls, missing items, workmen arrived four days late and with an awful attitude and tried their utmost to get away with the bare minimum, including trying to get out of extra work, i.e. gas work, plumbing and electrics, which had already been agreed with Di Lusso. We were left without water, gas and electricity to the kitchen for 5 days.
Having spent over £5000, and this is only on units and work surface, no appliances - what the designer said we would get and what we got was pretty disappointing. I had waited for almost three years to be able to buy a new kitchen - total nightmare.
