Good Points

The service on-board, and the fact that for an economic trip they still treat you with some beverages and things to eat.


Bad Points

THEY LOST MY SUITCASE and my nightmare started. No call back, terrible call center service. No solution provided, and it's been 15 days since they lost it. No call backs and no information.


General Comments

I am stationed in Paris for a month and had to go to Bulgaria for a conference. I packed some suitable clothes for business meetings and a 3 day Real Estate Show, where I was presenting for 3 whole days. I packed everything in my carry on.

The Czech Airlines flight attendant at Paris airport told me to check-in my suitcase because since everybody carries-on, perhaps the plane would not have much space. I should have been suspicious about the whole thing. Each passenger has a carry on space on top of the seats, and under. She said "not to worry. At CSA, we do this all the time".

I arrive at 10pm in Sofia, Bulgaria, just to find out that my suitcase and my entire presentation was lost - or as I now know, stolen.

For the 3 days I was at the expo, I had to wear the same clothes or borrow from colleagues from our local office, because my schedule didn't allow for shopping sessions. Then I realized all my contact lenses and orthodontic pieces are in the suitcase, so I started to have my office secretary call like crazy every where. No response, Call center Junkies hanging up.

15 days later, I'm still wearing the same contact lenses because I'm still travelling, but just with a quarter of my stuff, and I feel so hopeless because I don't have the time to be calling these people back.

Everyone except one lady in the Paris office has been useless. I don't even dare call their customer service department because they are the worst. I have even tried copying the president of the company, which in the States makes things move a bit quicker, but this Radomir Lasak is just as useless as the rest..except for one lady.

No customer service - no help. Why would anybody fly with a company, when the minute something goes wrong, which is often, has no management skills?
