Where do I start?

General Comments
We have had ours for almost two years, and it is beginning to cause endless problems. As other reviewers have stated, the noise from the fridge is diabolical, and ranges from low whirring at best to an awful, very loud boy racers Nova at worst. Surprise, surprise, this only started happening three weeks after the one year warranty. Now, approaching its second birthday, the Hotpoint FFA90 fridge freezer stops working periodically, and only starts again once the temperature is changed. Failure to catch it before going to bed results in warm milk in the morning, which is completely unacceptable, given the age. Add to this the fact that we are on our third door tray.



The fault has been reported, but as yet, we are still awaiting an engineer.
