Bad Points

Came to renew and the price went up!!


General Comments

I will be looking elsewhere next year, because of premium inflation upon renewal of my AA car insurance. Initially I received a good quote with a discount, but when it came to renew, the price went up. I received a discount the year before, but when I came to renew the original discount did not count. Had I have known I could have not renewed then re-applied again and received the online discount again.
