Good Points

Good service. Kept in touch reasonably promptly throughout the process. Dealership chosen by Freeway, in my case Edinburgh Audi, was the best Audi dealership I had experience with.


Bad Points

Can improve on customer service. No major issues.


General Comments

I was reluctant to order a car through them after reading the first review. I have to say I am very satisfied overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car through Freeway Cars. They give competitive deals.
