I am just amazed at the results of the food. Incredible control of the coals means no more burnt, singed meals. You can smoke with this Weber One Touch Silver Charcoal Kettle. You can add side tables, condiment holders, rotisseries - over time to finally acquire a very special barbecuing experience indeed. Food cooks slower than others BBQ's, but the even cooking and incredible taste of the food makes up for it. Just swipe a lever to empty your ashes onto a plate to empty into the bin and carry on. No more getting dirty with charcoal. And finally, I have recently sold a top of the range Sunshine gas barbecue because it just does not compare to the taste of food cooked on this item - not even close.
