Bad Points

They take money from you even though they haven't got the stock but still shows as available.
Answering the telephone takes time (don't call between 12 - 2pm).


General Comments

I have been trying for almost one month to get my refund. The first problem occurred when my debit card had been replaced. When I was aware of this, I demanded that they pay me by cheque. They told me very recently that they were in the process of changing banks and were waiting for a new cheque book!?!?! Why does the E PC Buyer web site claim they have over 11 million hits per month? This means over 366,500 per day, or is this disgruntled customers returning to see what is happening??

I have four orders logged with them. 3 were just trial and remain in their system, even though they weren't completed by me. My original order still remains as not processed, with my ticket stating my refund was resolved in four minutes of it being in place.
