General Comments

Over the time I have had this Suzuki TS50 X 50cc bike I have loved it. When I first got it, it did 35mph struggling, the restrictors are as follow: plastic spacer between carb and barrel, mould in barrel, exhaust system, and gearing.

I tackled these and created my bike to now go at amazing speeds, the most that I have had so far is 85 to 90 mph at only 7000 rpm. The below info will help you to make a speed demon of your bike yet:
A 65cc big bore barrel 40 pound, k&n air filter 8 pound, take restrictors out of front pipe and get an end race can off a dt125 off eBay 10 pound, tech part - 17.5 pilot jet, 105.5 main jet and needle height at 2nd setting - all 2 pound.
Onto gearing, you want a 32 tooth rear sprocket and a 15 tooth front sprocket it is quite a hard gear ratio but still takes off fast beats all 50s and also gives you the top speed.

Once you have done all this, you will be on top of the world and it puts a smile on your face as you fly past boy racers and others. Hope this helps you as I wish I had this info before.
Thank you.
