London Heathrow is big. There are lots of places to walk during a long layover.
London Heathrow is big. The terminals are all separated, and transportation to and from each is via bus and slow.
Restaurants in terminals 3 and 4 really lack in the areas of variety and cleanliness.
When travelling to London or en route to another location (I fly Abu Dhabi to LAX every year), Heathrow Airport is your only choice, which is too bad too, since the airport is usually overcrowded, dirty and restaurants are limited. I do like the duty free shopping though.
