Barclays have been improving their products with their price match. They were about 200 pounds more than my Tesco car insurance renewal quote of £371, so they not only met it, but they gave me back another £50 for price match. 2 months later I phoned in to add my wife, who is a newbie with a Pass Plus, and I got another £124.00 back!! Unfortunately, they wouldn't let me add no claims protection after I started my policy, which in a way could be fair.

For years Barclays have been aiming at the posh customer. I think with their price match schemes in insurance they are giving it away cheaply now. It will be interesting to see how they behave at claim time though.
