General Comments
What can I say? It cost me £79 for an AMD Athlon 3700+ 64bit CPU. I popped an arctic cooler on top and clocked it to 2.6ghz. It runs fine and cool. Plays games like Half Life 2 (80fps @ max settings), and it plays Battlefield 2142 on full at 1024*768 resolution with ease!! Why go dual core until at least late 2007?

The AMD Athlon 64 3700+ is a great processor. It plays games smoothly, but they will all soon be dual core and quad cores. But who really needs them dual cores when single cores do the job anyway?
