Good Points

Computer delivered to me 6 days after order. Had it set up and running in 20 minutes. Had to call to find XP key (was on the side of the case), and that took 3 minutes.

General Comments

Typically, only the "unhappy" customers of any product post reviews. I am taking the time to post as a very happy customer of Cyberpower. I researched all computers before purchasing the Cyberpower Xtreme Gamer Platinum Pro computer system. Take for example " Alienware"...I mainly used better business bureau for 90% of my decision. Alienware had HORRIBLE ratings there. Cyberpower had by far the best, even out of Dell and Gateway etc.

I will be purchasing all my computers from Cyberpower. They were great from the beginning, on all parts of business. Not one problem with the computer; it is professionally built and it runs great. A major gaming computer would have cost over $6,000 at Alienware, but I got my Cyberpower for $3,600. It has all the same specs and vid cards etc. I could not be more impressed.

    I used the business bureau at first too. I thought it was good, but about 5 months into it I realized my mistake.
