Good Points

Great value for money when you look through the brochure or website.


Bad Points

Contact form on website didn't work, phoned spa and was told I would be phoned back, however, they didn't take my number so no call back. Called in at the spa to make a booking, details taken as spa was closed, even though website says it is open every day. Was promised a call back, not received. Emailed to make a booking but no response.


General Comments

Was really looking forward to supporting a local business in order for me to have a birthday treat and had all gone well I would have gone for various treatments at Aqua Sante Spa, on a regular basis, e.g. manicure, waxing etc., with special relaxing treats every now and then. Am disappointed with the customer service, almost non existent, and now have to travel out of the county to get my treatments elsewhere.
