Looks, solid feel, accuracy, easy to scope, trigger.
Weight, price.
I really do not think there is really anything new that can be said in one review that has not been stated at least in part by the many other reviews here. This is really just a personal experience with the Weihrauch HW45 or Beeman P1. This review is about the stainless look version in .22 cal. .22 cal HW45's or P1's can not be fired on the 2 different power levels that the .177 & .20 cal guns can. I got this gun used and the gun diesels badly and the power is way under the factory claim and what other reviewers have claimed fps. wise. Still in all, the gun is very accurate out to at least 40 feet. I installed a Simmons 2X20mm stainless look scope to compliment the gun and it looks very nice indeed. I also installed a set of rubber under-layment finger grooved grips and reinstalled the original grips on top. I also own a P1 version of this gun in .177 and have installed Beeman's combat grips on it. Since the guns are identical other than the name on the side I thought they should feel the same in my hand. I may send the gun to Beeman to have the seals replaced as others have complained about power deficiencies with this gun and the seals seem to be the occasional weak link in this gun. Since it is not a Beeman labeled gun it will not be covered by warranty so that is one of the draw backs to owning a Weihrauch labeled gun here in the USA. I prefer to scope all my guns and now that I am over 40 I think it is really necessary if you really want to hunt or shoot very tight groups at the 40 ft range and beyond . Once again the Beeman FTS pellets fit nice and tight in the bore and are very accurate. The Crosman Premiers don't seem to fit tight at all but the accuracy may be even better than the FTS pellets. The trigger is just excellent right out of the box and if you like to tinker or it happens not to be good for you the way it comes there are adjustments for both travel and weight. This gun in .22 cal operating as intended with full power must just be an excellent close range, small game hunter for sure (again within reason people, no crow hunting at 40 yards). Even with this gun being underpowered I have taken small birds out to 35 ft cleanly with 1 shot because of good shot placement and the inherent accuracy of this gun. A bit pricey, a bit heavy (especially with a scope) but one of the best air pistols around.
