Good Points

Excellent low quotes for all vehicle types.
Clear to understand policy documentation.


Bad Points

Some confusion when dealing in Ireland. The representatives in Belfast and those in Dublin seem to have a lack of communication, but nothing you can't live with.


General Comments

I had a little difficulty with AXA car insurance in the past, regarding my policy and the premium I was paying, but my persistence paid off. Like all insurance companies AXA is reluctant to part with money, but I believe that in most cases it is a matter of what individual you are dealing with. The heads of the departments in Dublin are fantastic to deal with, and they will resolve any difficulty in a courteous, polite and professional manner. It is for this reason that I still use AXA car insurance.
