One reservations agent I talked to was friendly.
Bad Points
Their customer service people were terribly confrontational.
General Comments
I reserved a ticket for my wife for the 26th of November and paid for it with a credit card. When the confirmation came back, the reservation was for the 27th of November. I called within minutes of completing the transaction to figure this out. After waiting thirty minutes, they said there would be a $35 cancellation fee to change the ticket and that there was no way it was their computer's fault and there was nothing either of us could or would do about it. I told them I was going to fight the charge for the cancellation fee and their senior customer service person replied that if that was my plan, he wasn't going to cancel the ticket at all and I would just have to eat the $200 ticket charge as well. Huh? Then he informed me that cancelling the ticket and fighting the cancellation charge was a dirty, underhanded thing to do. Needless to say, things were getting a little heated at this point. Eventually, he agreed to cancel the ticket but not the charge and I've taken it up with my credit card company. Oh, and it turns out the flight was cheaper at Delta.com. What a hassle.
