Good Points
Great customer service when needed for a reasonable price. We have had to claim twice, as our Chocolate Labrador ruptured her cruciate ligaments in both rear legs. The first was settled several years ago, and the other is being settled now. As these were urgent, there are no problems.
Bad Points
It takes up to 5 weeks to process and settle the claim. Our vets need payment at once, so 2 bills totalling £1100 was a lot to pay up front. This is the only negative point I can come up with.
General Comments
I would recommend Direct Line pet insurance as they have always been very helpful in our case. I obviously cannot comment for other people, but in an emergency they are excellent.
