General Comments

The car was clean, and the price as part of the package was good. Unfortunately, I waited for TWO AND A HALF HOURS to get my car! Alamo Car Hire were woefully understaffed. It was just ridiculous. People were angry. There were over 50 people waiting, with reservations - only 3 employees. Even those who paid extra for express check-in waited over an hour.
