Good Points

5.12% AER, plus £100 reward if you use their bank account switching services.

Bad Points

Must credit £1000 into the account every month to qualify with such a high rate.

General Comments

Halifax also offered an interest and charge-free overdraft of £1000 for 120 days to help with the transfer of the High Interest current account. Wow! Hard to resist such a good deal. Not sure how long it will last though, better hurry.
