Good Points

Generally polite customer service when you get through


Bad Points

Excessive (8 weeks+) time (and still waiting) for claim settlement

Phone number for customer service frequently engaged

Many times told that 'system was down' and could I phone back tomorrow.

Told multiple times claim would be fast tracked, but it wasn't.

Told once that claim had been settled but a subsequent phone call when the check didn't arrive confirmed that the claim was still pending!


General Comments

I have wasted countless hours chasing up my claim. I am still waiting for money on a perfectly valid claim.

I paid AXA Pet Insurance consistently and on time. When it comes to claiming money back, they have delayed paying out for as long as possible.
