Excellent customer service, good store layout, nice designs, good quality, locations everywhere.
Sometimes not great on sizes in stock.
I tend to shop at Marks & Spencer mostly at lunch, sometimes food shopping and also for clothes/shoes. The main reason for this is that there are two stores near where I work (Fenchurch Street and Moorgate) and one at my station (Simply Food London Bridge). There are also two near where I live (Croydon, Bromley).
A year or so ago M&S went downhill, I would only buy food and lunch from there and lingerie but it's upped its game this year again!
So far I have happily bought bras, knickers (great value in sales), knitwear for work, a 12.00 GBP green 'Sunshine' trendy t-shirt (bargain!) that I am sure I saw Davina McCall wear in a magazine, and I have ordered a skirt online and bought 3 pairs of shoes for work from there recently.
Very happy with quality and what I have bought. Also bought plates, a kettle, etc., from their cookware section. Basically I can trust M&S, it is not often I will have to rush back and return. You buy what it says on the tin and are rarely disappointed.
