General Comments

It's your long distance dime for customer support (no 800 number to call), and you can sit on hold for a very long time waiting for help. If you e-mail for help, you can wait up to a day, and sometimes you don't hear back at all. I've been trying to cancel some of the Go Daddy web hosting services for about 3 months, and I can't get a phone call back (I am paying per month for them)! I tried again this morning, via e-mail - we'll see what happens. It's what prompted me to do a Google search to see what consumers are saying about them.

With all the competition out there, it's been disappointing that Go Daddy doesn't try harder to keep their customers engaged, informed and happy.
