The fact that we weren't kept waiting any longer than we were.
Recovery vehicle took a long time!
We were initially assured by First Call GB Ltd that a recovery vehicle would arrive within the hour. After an hour and a bit we were told another ten minutes. The recovery vehicle arrived after three hours. The driver let slip that he'd been travelling in the opposite direction on another call, an hour after we were assured he was coming to us.
