I ordered 24 red roses and some balloons for my wife from Blooming Britain. This was meant to come with a free box of chocolates, with my personalised message. My wife received 10 red roses in a tatty box, no chocolates, no balloons and no personalised message. Have been promised a refund for two weeks now and the "customer service" woman keeps forgetting who I am.
I wonder whether they did this on purpose, in the hope that I would give up chasing for my money. If they did this to everyone, they would make a tidy profit!!
