Good Points

Cover provided for several bikes at a reasonable price. Good, efficient call centre staff on policy start up. Very good service via a third party claims company when I had to make a claim who handled all the details proactively with a speedy and fair settlement.


Bad Points

Office open only on weekdays. Emergency and claim number manned by unknowledgable personnel.


General Comments

Sadly, the renewal premium with Footman James motorcycle insurance following the claim was in excess of 200% more than other quotes, and having had only one claim in 25 years of biking I couldn't justify paying so much more for the reassurance of their good claims procedure.
