Bad Points
300m line just to enter the terminal. Not good at all when it rains or you don't like mozzies.
Unfriendly, inflexible staff
Absolute chaos
Porters take advantage of travellers
Only one departure gate for several flights
General Comments
This is THE airport from hell. I have used the domestic as well as the international terminal several times, and it is just a nightmare. Long lines everywhere, coupled with bad and slow service. Bangalore International Airport is the quickest way to turn visitors away from India.
