General Comments

I WOULD NOT recommend using www.dvd.co.uk

I ordered a game for PS2 called Guitar Hero, and I have not received the order after 1 month.

After sending numerous emails, the company say that the courier has advised them that we have signed for the order, but when we ring the courier they say that they are aware that we haven't received it, and that dvd.co.uk need to file a compensation claim.

Dvd.co.uk will not send a replacement or issue me with a refund, and they are not answering my emails. You may also notice that there is no contact telephone number on their website.

Be very very wary if you do order. I have paid £45 for nothing. I have contacted trading standards about this issue. I would recommend Amazon or Play.com or CD-Wow instead, I have never had a problem with any of these, and I have used these companies for the past few years, and they all have great customer service.
