Good Points

I cannot find anything good to say about this product!


Bad Points

It does not pick up dust.
It keeps breaking down.
Had an engineer out twice. Waste of time!


General Comments

I told the engineer that the model was not acceptable, and that I wanted to change it to one that would not break down, overheat, and one that would pick up dust consistently. The engineer said there was nothing wrong with my Hoover TD4225 vacuum cleaner!

I wish I had read all the other reviews on Review Centre before wasting good money on this heap of rubbish.
