Good Points
Helpful, prompt and easy to deal with.
Their cruise rep did the lot for us.
Bad Points
We did not experience any.
General Comments
I was amazed at some of the negative comments, but I would think this company deals with thousands of customers. It is the old saying about pleasing some of the people etc. Perhaps they should book with Butlins. We were well looked after by Jetline Travel, and we wish them all the best.
