My pool hasn't cracked yet.

Bad Points
Terrible customer service.

General Comments
Anthony Sylvan Pools never returned calls to complete my pool, after I was forced to give them the final check. They over promise and under deliver! I am exhausted from trying to deal with them.

I know exactly what you mean. Our decking was started in December 2006. With the warmer than usual winter, it should have been completed. It's now February 2007, and it's apparently too cold for Anthony Sylvan Pools to grade one pile of dirt so that we can begin landscaping.
