Competitive pricing.


Bad Points

Payment protection is no good to me, and I didn't want it.


General Comments

I'm 37, but I've only been driving since February 2006, and I bought a sports car with a big engine.

I have called Dial Direct customer service a few times, and they have always been polite and efficient. The only thing I did miss was £6 a month they stung me with as payment protection. I have yet to find out whether I can have it removed from my monthly payment.

If you change your policy in anyway expect to pay £20.

The policy seems to cover all the bases, and it is clearly written and easy to understand.

I found Dal Direct car insurance Confused.com, and I signed up online with ease.

I don't suppose you can tell how good an insurer is until you claim, which I intend to avoid obviously, but they seem good so far, and the price was right.
