Bad Points

Not much English. However, this didn't bother me that much. The shops at the hotel are not great, but there is a fantastic shop down the road!!


General Comments

Wide variety of food and drinks. The rep was great, and all staff are really friendly. We went in the month of Ramadan (fasting), and even though they can't smoke, eat or drink, they were all very nice. The pool was great, and we had lots to go to. It said there were 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor. I counted 6. Food was at an excellent standard, and the beach is incredible. I spent most of the holiday at the beach!!! Djerba Menzek Hotel is a lovely hotel, and the rooms were really big. The fridge also helped keep the water cool. The safe and air conditioning are all free. I really enjoyed myself. Came back on the 14th, and I have already booked to go again. I am looking forward to it!! (Just a little hint, April and October are good times to go. Not too cold and not too hot)!

I was worried about the resort because of the reviews I had read. I was really feeling quite nervous, but I had a fantastic holiday, and I will be going back in April! Go with an open mind and I can guarantee you will have a fantastic time.
Hint: If you want to go clubbing and drinking, this is not the place for you!
