Good Points
Easy to use, heats up quickly however the heat up time increases over time.
Bad Points
Catches your hair. I have owned them for less than a year and already they do not reach the max temperature and do not fully straighten my hair that I would consider to be fine. So if you have thick, curly hair, they definitely wouldn't work. They also don't heat up as quickly as before.
General Comments
Buy GHD's instead as these are a serious waste of money.

I too have found the same problem with the 3 Tourmaline Straighteners. I'd advise people not to buy them, especially if you have thick hair!! It doesn't straighten my hair properly!!!
