When you telephone, you get an intelligent, well trained person in England (Yorkshire, I think) who knows how to deal with your problem
Not able to view account over the internet
You get what you pay for - £10 per month if the balance is below £5,000, but top notch personal service in any event. I have found Cater Allen to be both helpful and sensible when dealing with any problems regarding my business bank account.
