8 attempts to fly before they even consider extending the voucher for three months.

General Comments

Balloons Over Britain are impossible to reason with. The terms and conditions unreasonable, because if you don't make 8 attempts to fly it costs £30.00 per person to extend the voucher. The website says £30.00 to extend the voucher, but when you call this is per person.
