The sales person who sold us the kitchen was good.
Bad Points
The after care was bad!!
General Comments
My mom, who is an old an pensioner, wanted a new kitchen. I saw this ad in the daily mail..
She paid the money with a bankers draft, but she really did not want to pay until the work was complete!! Old School.
The Di Lusso kitchen was fitted!! The fitters left quickly, and water leaked on to electric points. The doors did not close properly, the cooker was not fitted because the wrong one was delivered. After 3 weeks mom got her cooker, but then they could not get a fitter!!
We were told to get a fitter..send the receipts and they would refund it. Today I have found they have gone into administration!!
Can some one help?
