Good pricing.
Good facilities, i.e. free news server.
Speed usually very good.
Very poor communication. They have systems for informing subscribers when there are problems, but they are never up-to-date.
Repeated billing problems that are always corrected when bought to their attention, but always reoccur.
Email very unreliable.
Very expensive out of country, and difficult to understand Help Line.
Overall, Interent service probably comparable to most ISP's, but when there is a problem it can go on for days (in one instance 3 months). Poor communication at these times adds to the frustration. The V21 helpline is not helpful.
