Good Points

Website is easy to use.


Bad Points

Late delivery with no warning or reason, poor quality flowers, agreed refund not given 6 months later.


General Comments

Appalling service and lack of response to complaints. Watchdog was right to bring Blooming Britain to our attention. I am still battling to get an agreed refund 6 months after the shoddy Mother's Day flowers were eventually delivered late, half-dead and with no excuse for the late delivery.

    I would like to apologise if you have any outstanding queries regarding Blooming Britain

    It has recently been brought to our attention that we are able to communicate with your clients regarding their reviews through yourself at the review centre.
