Very easy to get a high limit.
Easy to move to Egg who have been nothing but great!
Customer Service has been awful. the Interest rates rocket and the bonus schemes are non-existent.
For 5 years Halifax have NEVER managed to get my internet banking working. The Interest rate was promised to always stay low. At this point in time, since January, despite not going overdue, never missing a payment and ALWAYS paying on time and over the minimum amount, the interest has gone from 17% to 27.5%!
Since I got the credit card, despite numerous requests of lowering the limit to £500, it has now climbed after last letter to £4500?? Never to be used! I asked to move the lower interest card at lower credit limit, this was declined? Perhaps loss of revenue from extortionate interest rates.
