Picture Quality is immense in 1080i setting on the xbox 360 and on DVDs.
Ridiculously easy to setup. It tunes itself in 5 minutes and took about 15 minutes hooking up my ps2, DVD, video and xbox360.
The 3d WOW sound is mint. Adds depth to DVDs and films.
The screen is massive and crystal clear. Makes almost no sound and is viewable from almost any angle. No blurring of image at all.
Has 2 HDMI slots for future proofing and earphones so it's suitable for bedrooms (where you don't want to wake up your neighbours)!
Did I mention how good the picture quality actually is?
Bad Points
The remote is a bit naff. I can see me losing the back bit where the batteries go!
General Comments
For normal analogue TV, this Toshiba 42WLT66 42 in. doesn't stand out from the rest, but then, that's not what you're buying this for. For it's built-in digital freeview and the picture quality is nothing short of excellent and the sound is good too!
Where it excels is in it's HD features, especially with the xbox 360. The picture is jaw dropping!! Truly magnificent!! There's not many other HD ready devices yet but with 2HDMI sockets, this TV is more than ready for the future.
42 inches is probably overkill for a bedroom but I would still recommend it as it's available cheaper than other TVs of the same size but with lower screen specs!!
