Flight attendants were very nice.
The movies shown were good.
The food was OK.
I like the music they play while boarding the plane.
Bad Points
The check-in lines move TOO SLOW!! After waiting in line for an hour we were told that our flight which was scheduled to leave at 4:55pm was now departing at 9pm. Not only was our flight delayed, but flights to at least two other cities were delayed for over 4 hours.
General Comments
We had a large group visit Jamaica, and everyone departed on different days. Everyone had delays no matter what day they departed. This was ridiculous, and seemed to be the usual order of business. I will never use Air Jamaica again due to the frequent long hour delays!
