General Comments
You end up phoning them up to give them the same information 6, 7, 8 times..? (I lost count). They cannot communicate with each other, so information was never passed on, or it seems, recorded. When you agree a date for them to come and change the meter, Scottish Power get the date wrong and then wonder why you are not in to receive them.
