Easy site to use
Don't have to fight with other trolleys or fight to get kid into trolley

Delivery charges can be quite high at peak times
Substitutes can sometimes be a bit naff, once rejected an item at cost of £14.00 which was on offer - took 3 weeks to get refund but gave me back full price
I used Tesco once cause my partner was on a funny shift so couldn't get to Asda, had previously gone on bus and taxi home by my self with 4 year old son. When I got my computer, I thought will try Tesco on line. Well, I have never done a full week shop in a supermarket since. I do my shopping online every week and spend over seventy pounds every time. I am happy with what's being delivered, the fruit & veg is always fresh, the bread always has good date and the meat is always well cut. No problems. The only downside is if you need something urgent and when it comes, has been substituted or not delivered at all. Only happened a handful of times and I have been using for around 10 months now.
Drivers are always friendly and chatty, sometimes get same delivery driver week after week.
