It handles very well, and it is nice to drive when on the road.
Bad Points
It has cost me a fortune since I bought it. Luckily I had a Landrover warranty for the first six month's. The transit box has gone twice, and the head gasket has gone. It's never ending getting it repaired.
General Comments
I would advise anyone who is considering buying a Freelander to forget it, as it will cost a fortune in repairs if you do not have a full Landrover warranty. My Freelander is in the garage at the moment, and it has just cost me £1500. I could buy a small runaround for that!
