I placed an order with E PC Buyer on 13th July 2006, cancelled by e-mail on 25th July, due to lack of response, followed this by fax on the 27th, and I made numerous telephone calls, none of which were answered by a human, if indeed answered at all. On 29th I placed a complaint on their 'Ticket' system, a feature that is not 'visible' from their web site as a method of communication.

Their reply was "Many apologies ...." (sic), they eventually closed the ticket, no explanations, no further contact and no money. I have informed Derbyshire Trading Standards of their despicable trading methods.
