Good Points

No initial credit check
Can speak to someone who knows what they're talking about
Webchat service


Bad Points

The first rate offered wasn't available after a credit check, but I was warned this could happen


General Comments

My loan hasn't gone through yet, and I have just got it approved today, but the webchat service was a great idea (I could use it while at work), and I spoke to someone at Netloans who was able to talk me through the options, not just a telesales person.
