The staff you talk to know very little. This bank has lost my letters, cheques and mortgage application forms to name a few things.
The staff you talk to know very little. This bank has lost my letters, cheques and mortgage application forms to name a few things. I handed a letter into the bank 8 weeks ago. Royal Bank of Scotland have now said that this would have been sent to head office to provide better business bank account customer care. Needless to say, with this bank I received no reply, despite sending a reminder 4 weeks ago.
