Very comfortable with or without ear loop even after a long period of time, very reliable, easy to use, extremely stylish, very small and lightweight, perfect sound, no hanging at all, easy to set up, cannot fault.

Not really a bad point, but ear loop could break if heavy handed.

Purchased my Jabra JX10 in Oct 2006. After many hours searching reviews on the Internet for a Bluetooth headset, I finally decided upon the Jabra JX10, and so glad I did. I cannot recommend this Bluetooth Headset enough. It's sleek compact design makes it amongst the smallest lightest Bluetooth Headset on the market. Weighing in at under 10 grams (1/3 oz), and less than 4 cm (1 inches) in length, you'll hardly notice you're wearing it. Can be worn either with or without the very comfortable ear loop provided. I personally prefer it with the ear loop as it is so light and comfortable I often forget I'm wearing it, just a safety measure in my case as I might flick my hair and hit it out of my ear! Has automatic volume control via DSP technology, means that sound level and quality adjust to match the environment you're calling from, and background noise is significantly reduced. Fingertip control to answer/end calls and if needed, adjust volume. One-touch pairing button for pairing with your phone, so easy to set up. Muti-coloured light indicator (LED) for status on Bluetooth, battery and charging. Has up to 6 hours talk-time and up to 200 hours standby. A very elegant desktop charging cradle is also included in the box, as is a USB cable to charge your Bluetooth from your computer. You can purchase an in-car charger for around £7.95 or have a look on eBay. Comes in very stylish packaging with a handy velvet pouch to keep it in. Also includes a mains electrical charger.

Don't be put off with any reviews stating about the ear loop. Yes, it is a little flimsy and could break/snap if you're heavy handed with it. Just be careful you're not. (You can purchase extra loops.) Also, when you come to charge it I would be careful when plugging it into the charger as it is so light you don't want to snap the charging part of it. Don't let this put you off, I cannot sing the praises of this stylish Bluetooth Headset enough. Perfect for men and women. Just remember, it's so light and comfortable you'll forget you're wearing it.

I purchased mine online as I saved £50 from High Street retailers from a reliable company based in Birmingham called www.mobilefun.co.uk. I was a little nervous purchasing from someone direct from the Internet, but they had good reviews and Jabra's website recommended them as well as a distributor. I cannot fault their service. Emailed me constantly to let me know they've received the order and completed it. On-line tracking service available for you to see the status of your order. Great prices and very reliable. Comes in silver, black and I think one other colour, although at present the silver one which I purchased was on offer at Mobilefun for £49.95 - a stark contrast to some High Street retailer prices of £99.99 and £79.99 ! Mobilefun have a good back-up customer service should you have any queries.

At present the battery talk-time is fantastic, when talking to someone it feels like you are talking on a main landline it's so clear and so easy to use which is important for us blondes. Ideal for the businessman/woman or everyday users, very stylish, lightweight and most importantly comfortable. I would say this is aimed at the posh car user, BMW, etc. Some Bluetooths are known to hang during conversation, my hasn't. I hope this has been of some help, if like me, you are searching for the perfect Bluetooth Headset. I've found it!
